How To Order
To order items simply adjust the
quantity to the amount you require, then click add to cart. Then continue
shopping until you are ready to proceed to the check out.
When ordering online you will be
emailed a confirmation email simply confirming your order, if you find
anything to be incorrect please let us know.
Payment
We do not take payment online
for security reasons, we do however take debit/credit card payments over the
phone on 08456 588 227 (local rate).
We can also accept cheque or
BACS payments but it is important that we will call you with an order
total once we have double checked stock availability.
Delivery
Mainland UK Delivery is free on
all orders
over £150 + Vat,
carriage on orders below £150 +
Vat will be charged £7.50
All other areas, please check
with us first, additional charges may apply.
Delivery is usually by DHL
Express, we aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours, obviously during
particularly busy periods it may take slightly longer but not by much.
We ship using DHL's 24 hour
courier service.
Order Terms
- We are an
importer/wholesaler and as such can not take retail orders.
- There is no minimum order
quantity, but there is a minimum value for free delivery which is £150 +
Vat, any orders below this will be charged £7.50.
- You can order as little or as
many of any item as you like, there is usually a discount when ordering in
quantities of 12 or 48s.
- All first time orders will
need to be paid for on a pro forma basis.
- Account facilities are
